First time I heard about practicing gratitude I rolled my eyes so hard it hurt. Since then I was gently brought around by the power of a daily list of 3, 5 or 10 things or people we love and appreciate. Since I have a habit of focusing on the negative this is very therapeutic. It helps me “feel” the goods stuff in my life and see just how much it right in my life. Not only that people like being around those kind of people 😘
Looking back on the list periodically Or when things aren’t going great is a powerful reminder joy is around the corner.
